Here's what I know: students who follow this system get results. Not because I have some magic formula, but because most students are making the same critical mistakes in their confidence, networking, and interviewing. Once we fix those, the offers start coming. But your child has to show up ready to work and implement what they learn.
-
No. In fact, students who've faced rejection often make the fastest progress once they learn the right approach. The issue isn't their qualifications—it's their strategy. We fix the strategy, and the results change immediately. But January is your last window to turn this around before graduation or internship windows close.
-
Absolutely. More than half of the students I work with are not targeting finance. The morning session (10am-12:30pm) covers the universal system that works for any industry: tech, consulting, marketing, operations, healthcare, you name it. The afternoon finance session is only for students specifically targeting investment banking, private equity, asset management, or similar roles.

Most of my best students are introverts. Networking isn't about being the loudest person in the room—it's about being strategic and building genuine relationships. I'll teach your child a system that works for their personality, not against it.
-
Even better. We'll make sure to maximize those opportunities. Most students lose offers in the interview stage because they don't know how to position themselves properly. We'll fix that before their next interview.
-
No. I've worked with students from state schools, smaller private colleges, and non-target schools who've landed roles at elite firms. The system works regardless of where your child goes to school.
-
No. This is intentionally in-person because the breakthroughs happen through live coaching, real-time feedback, and the energy of being in a room with other ambitious students. You can't replicate that on Zoom. If your child is serious about changing their outcome, it’s worth making the trip to Darien, CT for this one day.
